Below is a guide to the fees for standard, long and telehealth consultations at Balwyn Health Care.

Other fees apply for different items including longer and shorter consultations, procedures, tests etc.

-While most doctors privately bill, occasional bulk billing may apply at the discretion of each independent doctor.

-Variation may occur between each independently trading practitioner.

SATURDAY MORNINGS
Please note that all medical consultations on Saturday mornings are charged at the minimum private rate of $98.

WORKCOVER & T.A.C.
Each doctor is happy to treat patients who are workcover patients and transport accident commission  patients. If your claim has been accepted AND you have a claim number, please provide this to our reception team and we will bill these third parties directly. If you do not have a claim number or your claim is yet to be accepted, we ask that you pay for your consultation and claim a refund from workcover or T.A.C. until your claim is accepted.

VETERAN’S AFFAIRS
Each doctor is happy to accept D.V.A patients and ask you to bring your D.V.A card with you. You may also have your chiropractic treatment paid for by the D.V.A. but you must have a D.V.A. gold card and a G.P’s referral.

PAY AT CONSULTATION PLEASE
All doctors request that all accounts are paid at the time of the consultation. An account keeping fee of $5 is added for accounts taken.
